Our Bagels are made the traditional way that locks in the flavor. We leave the shortcuts to the other guys. Hand rolled, blanch boiled (to seal in full flavor), with only the freshest ingredients. Oven temperature never drops below 500* to brown them to perfection on special stone slabs. Toppings are always sprinkled on both sides for extra flavor. Pumpernickel Bagel has earned it’s name.
